Matt Blaylock (aka "Big") is the founder and CEO of Big's Sports, a trusted provider of high-quality sporting goods equipment, uniforms, and team gear. With over 15 years of experience in the sports industry, Matt has built a business rooted in expertise, service, and a passion for supporting athletes and coaches.
Before launching Big's Sports, Matt worked as a manufacturing representative for a large Sporting Goods company as well as a manufacturing representative for a national uniform company. Both positions is where he gained deep insight into the challenges schools, rec leagues, and teams face with gear ordering and sizing. That experience, combined with running a successful sporting goods business serving both direct and online customers, inspired the vision to build a better, smarter e-commerce experience.
Today, Matt leads a customer-focused team committed to delivering the best equipment, gear and personalized service — from Colleges, High Schools, individual athletes or to full team outfitting.
